He was predeceased by: his parents, Rheudy Rushing and Dorothy Brown Rushing; and his sister Susan Lynn Rushing. He is survived by: his siblings, Jo Alice Davis (Wendell), Charles Rushing (Kellie) and Linda Rushing. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, extended family members, and many dear friends.
