He was predeceased by: his parents, Julio Orta and Angelita Orta; and his sister Arlene Permuy. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Orta; his daughters, Kathryn Orta and Stephanie Rodriguez; his son-in-law Albert Rodriguez; and his grandson Brian Rodriguez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
