She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Harvey Guthrie of Tampa and James Williams Guthrie of Meridian, Mississippi.; and her grandfather John McMillan Harvey. She is survived by: her brother James Williams Guthrie, Jr.; her close friend Doris Lee; her husband Stanford PhD; her children, Florence Elizabeth Harmon and George Andrew Harmon, Jr.; her sister-in-law Lynda; her aunt Marion Harvey Partrick; her sister Florence (Andy); her friends, Anne, Cliff Southard and Sonny Shotwell of Richmond, Virginia.; Stewart "Sonny" Shotwell and Eleanor Roosevelt Seagraves.
