He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Donohue Holmes and Keran Holmes Jr.; his grandparents, Ethel Donohue Hilburn, John Donohue Sr., Keran Holmes Sr. and Willie Mae Holmes; and his siblings, Debra Dawn Holmes and Mark Donohue.
He is survived by: his wife Rena Holmes; his children, Ian Michael Holmes, Ilisha Michelle Holmes and Ilexis Marie Holmes; his grandchild Talen Holmes; his siblings, Yvette Holmes and Keran Holmes III (Pepe); and his nieces and nephews, Shakima Gaither, Karima Holmes, Kolik Holmes, Janel Martin, Jamaine Banks, Krystal Holmes and Dayquan Syska. He is also survived by many grand nieces, and nephews.
