It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sixto Cintron Jr. of Tampa, Florida, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on May 14, 2026, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sons, Steven Bobby Cintron and Seth Elliot Cintron; his parents, Juana Martinez Cintron and Sixto Cintron Sr.; and his siblings, Wilfredo Cintron and Blanca Cintron.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Garcia Cintron; his children, Sixto "Papo" Cintron III, Elgin Cintron (Catherine) and Merissa Colon (Samuel); his grandchildren, Isaiah Cintron (Maia), Jaden Cintron, Essence Scavone (Vincent), Kamryn Colon, Sariah Cintron, Stella Colon, Juliana Colon, Liam Cintron and Aaron Cintron; his great grandchildren, Naomi Cintron, Zayla Cintron, Kaia Cintron and Catalina Scavone; and his brother Wilson Cintron.
