He is survived by: his children, Lawrence Allan Bush (Susan Scharf), Michael Howard Bush (Lynn), Randi Lisa Bush-Caldwell and Natalie Karen Benjamin (Naor); his sister Sandra Klapper; his brother-in-law Samuel Bliden; his grandchildren, Briana (Dalton), Rachel (Brandon), Samantha, Erin, Gavriel (Sapir), Ayla, Nava, Arel, Oren and Tzophia; and his great grandchild Jayden.
