He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Johnson and Josephine Johnson; his wife Ann Johnson; his former wife Jayne Wakeman; his stepson Michael Wood; and his siblings, Brian Johnson and Gail Salzburg.
He is survived by: his son Christopher Johnson; his daughter-in-law Monica Johnson; his brother Breck Johnson; his sister-in-law Robin Layman; his sister Diane Johnson; and his grandchildren, Austin, Beckam, Kennedy, Caden and Camila.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Boys & Girls Club of Lake County or Make-A-Wish of Northern Florida.
