He was predeceased by: his mother Gloria Catone; and his aunt Barbara. He is survived by: his father Robert Catone; his wife Wendy; his children, Kendall and Anthony; his siblings, Kimberly and Patrick; his niece Sarah; and his nephews, Zachary and Ethan Cash.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the MD Anderson Cancer Center.
