He is survived by: his wife Dr. Kusum Pancholy; his sons, Dr. Ajay Pancholy and Dr. Pavan Pancholy; his grandchildren, Riley Pancholy, Aidan Pancholy, Naveen Pancholy, Neel Pancholy and Meela Pancholy; and his siblings, Vidhan Pancholy, Sudha Bhatnagar and Sadhana Saxena.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Blount & Curry Life Event Center - MacDill Palma (605 S MacDill Ave, Tampa, FL 33609). A reception was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Blount & Curry Life Event Center - MacDill Bayshore (605 S MacDill Ave, Tampa, FL 33609).
