She is survived by: her daughter Isabella "Izzy" Martinez; her parents, Jannae James and Douglas Fields (Laurie); her siblings, Teasha Fields, Tarell Fields and Raquel Hernandez; and her grandmothers, Elizabeth Harris and Geraldine Willette. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
