He is survived by: his wife Andrea Mathews (Alford); his children, LeeAnn Mathews and Jackson Mathews; his mother Lorraine Mathews; his brother Robert "Bobby" Mathews (Stephanie); his nephew Trey Mathews; his niece Savannah Mathews; and his aunt Sandra Mathews Ray (Dan Ray).
