With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Vance Smith of Tampa, Florida, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Vance left this world on July 7, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Carswell Smith of Tampa, FL and Mary Margret Vance of Tampa, FL.. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia "Nootchie" Vega; his sons, C. Vance, Layton H. and Celestino C. "Cam"; his daughters-in-law, Courtney Howell and Erin Reich; his grandchildren, Carswell Reich, Cason Corral, Elizabeth Vega, Caroline Corral and Graham Vance; and his sister Mary Margret Smith Dolcimascolo.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (821 S Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33609).
