He was predeceased by: his wife Bessie LoScalzo (DiStefano); his parents, Angelo LoScalzo and Anna LoScalzo; his siblings-in-law, John Piazza, Anthony Belluccia, Josie Palomino, Antoinette DiStefano and Meri LoScalzo; Antonino LoScalzo.

He is survived by: his siblings, Mary and Antonino; his sons, Steve LaPerna (Denise) and Joseph LaPerna; his grandchildren, Ryan LaPerna (Jamie) and Stephen LaPerna (Morgan); his great grandchild Luca Vincenzo LaPerna; and his sisters, Maria Piazza and Carmela Belluccia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made in his memory to the Italian Club, 1731 E. 7TH AVE TAMPA, FL 33605, St. Joseph Catholic Church, 3012 W Cherry St, Tampa, FL 33607 or a charity of your own choice.
