He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Othniel Foster Taylor and Rosie Taylor Meadows; and his sister Julia Taylor Sturgeon. He is survived by: his wife Judy Taylor; his daughters, Kimberly Taylor Queen and Jennifer Taylor Dennison (Brandon); his siblings, Howard Meadows Jr. (Karen), Robert Meadows (Regina), Curtis Meadows (Donna) and Dr. Rita Meadows; and his grandsons, Grayson Liam Dennison and Ashdon Dennison.
