He is survived by: his wife Rinda Mosteller Koehler; his sons, Nicholas Edward Koehler (Christine Franco), Anthony Eugene Koehler (Sara Koehler) and William "Billy" Russel Koehler; and his siblings-in-law, Jennie, Barry Cooke, Elizabeth, Keith Fields, Sandra Milhoan, Derek Reams and Jennifer Mosteller. He is also survived by his cousins, nieces and nephews.
