He was predeceased by: his father Stanley Hill; and his brother David. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Hill; his daughters, Regan and Ericka Hill (Micah); his grandson Jace Gabbard; and his sisters, Susan Levi, Rose Jarrett, Flo James (Ed), Sandy Hill and Debbie Goodpaster. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
