He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolores Facciolo and Albert Facciolo; and his brother Micheal Facciolo. He is survived by: his son Justin Facciolo; his daughter-in-law Anna; his grandchildren, Mason and Taj; his daughter Lindsey Angeles (John); his grandchildren, Logan, Audrey and Kate; and his significant other Larry Mee. He is also survived by "Pop-Pop" to his grandchildren.
