It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene M. Hangley of Tarpon Springs, Florida, born in West New York, New Jersey, who passed away on September 24, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his children, Ludwig Hangley, Elissa Boon and Laura Parker; his sister Irene Doherty of West Milford, NJ.; his wife Hildegarde; and his daughter Eugenia Neville. He is also survived by his friends and family, including his many grandchildren.
