She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bug Taylor and Ora Mae Taylor (Vanover); her husband Herman Vanover; her children, Jeff Vanover, Timothy Vanover, Raymond Vanover of Tarpon, Rusty Vanover of Batavia, Ohio and Pat Billingsley of Springdale, Ohio; and her sister Lucy Jones of Parkers Lake, Kentucky. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
