She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley "Stelios" Steffen. She is survived by: her children, George Steffen (Katherine) and Maria Steffen of Tarpon Springs, Florida; her grandsons, Michael Steffen (Michele) and Nicholas Steffen of Tarpon Springs; and her great grandchild Jordan Steffen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Eve Steffen to the St. Nicholas Cathedral Restoration Project.
