With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerold LeRoy Sargent of Tarpon Springs, Florida, born in Maxwell, Iowa, who passed away on May 28, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Sargent and Marjorie Sargent; his wife Della Sargent (Keller); his son Fredrick Sargent; and his siblings, Janice Ferguson and Robert Sargent.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Sargent (Steve) of Vienna, Virginia, Sheila Devereux of Vero Beach and Sheryl Fosberg (Holly) of Carbon, Indiana; and his siblings, Richard Sargent of Prescott and Robin Iiams of Guymon, Oklahoma. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the A. Ives Reid Celebration Center (609 Minnie Ave, Belton, MO 64012).
