He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Allen. He is survived by: his mother Catherine Allen; his siblings, David, Paul (Marvina), Tom (Joanie) and Barbara (Jef); and his nieces, Jennifer Cramer, Anna Grauer, Ashley Allen, Caitlyn Allen and Abigail Allen.
In lieu of flowers, the family would ask that donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
