We are sad to announce that, on May 14, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Elder Loretta C. McCloud (Tavares, Florida). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. Though Elder may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Elder touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Canady and Bessie Canady; and her siblings, Walter Canady, John Canady, Willie Canady, JoAnn Clark and Nora Bell Hubbard.

She is survived by: her husband Chester McCloud Sr.; and her brothers, Charles Canady (Carrie) and Freddie Lee Canady. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
