He is survived by : his wife Deborah L Hollenbach; his daughters, Kristen L Hollenbach (Charles Collins) and Sarah A Friend (Jeffery); his grandchildren, Heaven Friend, Owen Friend and Bryson Collins; and his brothers, John Hollenbach, Anthony Hollenbach, Eric Hollenbach, Jeremy Hollenbach and George Hollenbach. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
