He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jean Rhoads of Tavares, FL; his children, Jay Arland Rhoads (Hillary) of Liberty Township, OH and Robin Lynn Smith (Daniel) of Springfield, OH; his brother Jeffery Dean Rhoads (Jane) of Harrison Township, MI; his grandchildren, Robert Merchant (Nikki), Alexandra Rhoads and Aidan Rhoads; and his great grandchildren, Brody and Ayla. He is also survived by numerous cousins and other family members.
