He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Rutter (Beck) and James Nelson Rutter, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Rutter; his children, Lori Gordon of Lakeway and Eric Perkuhn (Claire) of Hamilton; his grandchildren, Ava Perkuhn (Gordon), Aiden Perkuhn and William Perkuhn; his siblings, Linda Borden (Guy), NJ and Karen Kowalik Freehold (John); and his pet Pepper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
