He is survived by: his children, Ann Marie Bignon and Michele Johnstone; his grandson Greg; his children, Jean Bignon (Amy) and Yvonne Bennetti (Jason); his grandchild Brandt; his daughter Jeanette Buhring (Mark); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Evelyn and Elijah; his sister Alice Mullamphy; and his nieces, Nancy Marsh and Marguerite Waltz.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Et Steverson - Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home (226 E Burleigh Blvd, Tavares, FL 32778). A wake was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Et Saint Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church (218 Ocklawaha, Eustis, FL 32778).
