He was predeceased by: his wife Elfriede Fleischmann Turck; his son Eric Turck; his grandsons, Michael Mahar and Adam Turck; his son Michael Harra; his daughter-in-law Lori Turck; his brothers, Jack (Shirley), David (Bessie), Thomas (Mary) and Allyn (Doris); his in-laws, Fay Mullin, Karl Fleischmann, Klaus Schwartzer, Irmgard Lachenschmid (Christel) and Edith Kohlbauer (Richard); and his close friend Fred Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, John Turck of Houston, TX, Bill Turck of Tavares, FL, Kevin Turck of Orlando, FL, Karl Turck (Judy Hollowell) of Waterloo, NY, Diane Mahar (Pat) of Copenhagen, NY, Monika Turck-Harra of Watertown, NY and Kim Peterson (Brad) of Watertown, NY; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Sofie Turck, Matthew, Stephen, Sarah Mahar, Monica Turck Stewart, Christopher Turck, Jorden Harra Skelly, Dylan, Makala Harra, Derek, Ryan Peterson and Katrina Peterson Kerr; his siblings, Diane Turck Mullin and Joseph Turck (Mary); and his sister-in-law Monica Schwarzer. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Stephen's Church (9748 Main St, Croghan, NY 13327).
