Michael leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Michael’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Michael will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Altomari and Louise Altomari (Naccarato); and his siblings, Dolores Cafaldo, Louise Clark, Theresa Dachenhausen, Angelo Altomari, Bernice Jurkowski and Barbara Bruno.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Altomari of Saugerties, Tammy Patterson of Kingston and Kimberly Gentile of Kingston; his close friend Nancy Quarantino of Florida; and his sister Carol Van Kleeck of Saugerties. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other dear family members.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service - Kingston (326 Albany Ave, Kingston, NY 12401).
