He was predeceased by: his parents, Laverne M. "Biddy" Farmer and Eugene "Dick" Farmer; and his brother Richard Farmer (N. E. "Scoop" Sloan). He is survived by: his wife Vicki Farmer; his children, Bart Farmer, Joseph Farmer (Windy) and Jamie Blitch (Gary); his stepchildren, Jeff Thieme, Shawn Hoffman and Carla Hoffman; and his siblings, Donald Farmer (Rosemary) and Lynne Farmer Lehman. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Elks Lodge (2540 Dora Ave, Tavares, FL 32778).
