He is survived by: his wife Kathy Pugh; his daughter Jill; his son-in-law John; his children, Hilary and Adam; his daughter-in-law Rachel; his son Josh; his brother Green; his stepsons, David and Greg; and his grandchildren, Emma, Mason, Madilynn, Braden, Adyson, Jayvis and Makya.
