We announce the death of Homer C. Williams of Temple Terrace, Florida, who passed away on September 25, 2026, at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Williams and Janie Belle Gwinn; his stepfather Jesse H. "Blackie" Carroll; his wife Phyllis Jean; his siblings, Joy Cordua and Rustin Carroll; and his granddaughter Ashley Jean Williams.
He is survived by: his sons, Joseph C. Williams (Cynthia) of Inman, SC and Jesse A. Williams (Debra) of Temple Terrace, FL; his grandchildren, Joseph C. "JC" Williams (Ashlin) of Inman, SC and Katherine A. Moore (Elijah) of Chesnee, SC; his great grandchildren, Silas, Trace, June Moore of Chesnee, SC and Roman Williams of Inman, SC; and his sisters, Thelma Brown of Phoenix, AZ and Carolyn Ellyson of Meadow Bridge, WV..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Terrace Oaks Chapel (12690 N 56th St, Temple Terrace, FL 33617).
