He was predeceased by: his mother Opal Agatha Kittenger Johnson. He is survived by: his father James Richard Johnson; his wife Glenda Petrie Johnson; his daughters, Lisa Estes, Debbie Johnson, Pam VanVliet, Stacy Andrews, Stephanie Hayes and Shana Mitchell Kessler; and his siblings, David Johnson and Susan Turner. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Loyless Funeral Homes - Land O' (5310 Land O' Lakes Blvd, Land O Lakes, FL 34639). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Loyless Funeral Home (5310 Land O' Lakes Blvd, Land O Lakes, FL 34639). A burial was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
