He was predeceased by: his parents, Howell Crabtree and Judy Crabtree; his parents-in-law, Morris and Cecil Norman; and his granddaughter Scout Reese McCauley.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Norman; his children, Tara, Mandy McCauley (Gabe), Michael (Alicia) and Jonathan (Lauren); his siblings, Viola Frederick (Bill) and Ricky; and his grandchildren, Ella, Mickey D, Ash, Henry, Sammy, Graham, Catherine, Juliet and Olivia.
