He is survived by: his parents, Christopher Alan Leppert and Leticia Gonzalez Leppert; his brothers, Kyle Christopher Leppert and Cory Antonio Leppert; his sister-in-law Jenna Marie Leppert; his niece Sienna Amor Leppert; his uncles, Michael Dudley Leppert, Alex Gonzalez and Alfredo Gonzalez; and his grandparents, Lourdes, Alfredo Gonzalez and Linda Leppert. He is also survived by his family, friends, classmates.
For those who prefer not to send flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Jason's memory to Breakthrough T1D, formerly known as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Jason lived with type 1 diabetes for the last 12 years of his life, and contributions in his honor will help support research, advocacy, and hope for others affected by this disease.
