He is survived by: his daughters, Mellicha Wilson (Scott) of Louisville, KY and Brittany Hemmingway (Jonathan) of Plant City, FL; his brother Jay Diether; his close friend Carolyn Batson Diether; his brother Charles Roebuck; and his grandchildren, Maddox, Briella, Ashley, Sean, Sophie and Landen.
