He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Kevin Vaughn (Jennifer), Chris Vaughn (Layla) and Sharon Abernathy (Gary); his grandchildren, Devin, Dylan, Austin, Phillip, Lesli (Dane, Sr), Jason and Brandon; his great grandchildren, Daileigh, Dane, Jr., Daxton and Winter; and his siblings, Sandy Eastman (David), Vickie Blair (David), Sherry Blair (Lee) and Alan Black (Mickey).
