With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Michael Wade of Titusville, Florida, born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 18, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father John Lester Wade (Mother Elizabeth McGiffin Dymock); his brothers, Charles Shelton and Dennis Lester Wade; and his son Dennis Michael Wade. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Wade; his children, Denise Koukos (Nikolaos), David Wade Jr. and John Wade; his grandchildren, Aiden and Addison Koukos; and his siblings, Geraldine Ortz, Kathy Quinn (Gary), Nancy Rupert, Bonnie Jordan (Forest) and Thomas Dymock (Kim).

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to Sculptor Charter Schools Playground Fundraiser.
