He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann Beggs. He is survived by: his children, Michael Beggs (Claudette), Kimberly Mays (Nick) and Andrea Fogle (Scott); his grandchildren, Miranda Mays and Britton Fogle; and his sister Kaye Eddington.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the North Brevard Funeral Home (1450 Norwood Ave, Titusville, FL 32796). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery (5525 US-1, Mims, FL 32754).
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Legion, honoring Howard's commitment to service.
