He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Malone and Kista Malone; his sister Mary Ware; and his former wife Linda Malone. He is survived by: his wife Judy Malone; his daughter Jessi Malone; and his stepchildren, Steve Justus, Jesse Maples, Layla Maples and Laurel Anne Tisdale. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren from his first marriage.
