She is survived by: her husband Gerald Brown; her children, Jane Verplaetse (Dean) of Geneseo, IL, Linda Ericson (Bob) of Orlando, FL, Peggy McChesney (Mark) of Pawlet, VT and Jerry Brown (Jose) of Forest Park, IL; her grandson Wyatt Verplaetse (Andrea) of Ballwin, MO; and her children, Lauren Verplaetse of Seattle, WA and Luke.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Judy's name to the following: The Ridge's Sanctuary, Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin or The Door County Maritime Museum - Cana Island Restoration Project.
