He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Isaacs Watkins; his daughters, Emily Watkins (Teagen) and Elizabeth McDonald (Daniel); his siblings, Doug Watkins (Janet), Diane Moore and Susan O'Hara (Mark); his father-in-law James Isaacs; his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Isaacs (Lisa), Kevin Isaacs (Rosa) and Cindy Isaacs; and his friends, Dave McMillen (Sheri), Kenny McMillen (Rhonda) and Weej Lynch (Deb). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
His favorite verse was Matthew 6:33 "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you."In lieu of flowers, the family has created a memorial fund honoring the kindness shown during Mike's final season.
