She is survived by: her husband Fred Jankowski; and her children, David Summers (Jeanie), Duane Summers, Denise Summers, Carol Zurowski (Gene), Lee Jankowski (Maureen), Michael Jankowski and Stanley Jankowski (Kay). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
