She was predeceased by: her former husband Murdy Devine; and her husband Danny McGraw. She is survived by: her brothers, Harry F. Jacobs and Dale L. Jacobs; her nieces and nephews, Harry F. Jacobs, Darrell J. Jacobs (Jo Ann), Jeremy W. Jacobs (Lorin), Shelley B. Draper (Jason) and Annalee Dunbar (Tyler); and her pet Whiskers. She is also survived by children.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to SPCA of Brevard County, an organization Sandy felt strongly about.
