She is survived by: her sisters, Joann Ratliff (Leslie), Dee Weaver (Leslie), Linda Cononie (Leslie), Kathy Miller (Leslie) and Jenny Holstead (Leslie); her sisters-in-law, Lavonne Caudill (Johnson) and Joan Leslie; and her nieces and nephews, Melanie Murphy, Greg Ratliff, Brian Leslie, Steven Weaver, Sean Cononie, Shannon Chambers (Cononie), Susan Martin (Holstead), Jason Holstead and Kris Poff. She is also survived by her five sisters, two sister-in-laws, and nine nieces and nephews.
