He was predeceased by: his brother Robert H Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Margery (Henderson); his son Pierre M Johnson, MD; his grandchildren, Luc and Sophia; his daughter Mariette Wharton (Scott); his grandchildren, Dane and Reid; his sisters, Mary and Kathleen; his children, Addiction Medicine, Forensic Psychiatry and Eagle Scout; and his pet Nellie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
