He was predeceased by: his parents, Dillard McNeely and Willie McNeely; and his siblings, James McNeely, Norris McNeely, David McNeely, Mary Claire Jewell and Nancy Britt.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Sue McNeely; his children, Kathy Moran, Larry McNeely (Juanita), Gary McNeely (Debbie) and Kim Harrell (Steve); and his grandchildren, Jessica Stembridge (Blake), Brian Eaton (Alex), Kristi Anderson (Jake), Chris Eaton, Jeremy McNeely (Whitney), Vanessa Wagner (Ryan), Melissa Coleman (Ron), Jennifer Straub (David), Ethan Harrell, Travis McNeely (Jillian), Sarah Holton (Jordan) and Robin Eaton. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gateway Community Church in Bill's memory.
