He is survived by: his mother Martha Slaughter Smith; his wife Teresa Canova Smith; his children, Gavan Smith (Jolene) and Cason Smith (Grace); his grandchildren, Eden Sanders, Eeva Sanders, Reese Smith and Hampton Smith; his siblings, Todd Smith (Yolanda) and Kristen Brault (Ross); and his brother-in-law David Canova (Amanda). He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews, extended family.
