He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley Hodge Sr. and Ramona Hodge; his grandparents, Hinton, Pearlie Hodge, Bill Padgett and Kate Padgett Peterson; his siblings, Becky Hodge Johnson and John Wesley "Big Bud" Hodge, Jr.; his grandson Klay Richburg; and his niece DeAnna Hodge.
He is survived by: his children, Logan Hodge (Jenny), Taryn Richburg (Jacob) and Whitney Ploettner (Tyler); his sisters, Brenda Thomas (Don) and Beverly Garner; and his grandchildren, Brentlee, Harlee, Kolby, Kasper and Klara-Kate. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
