She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugenia "Jean" Owens and Edgar L. Cauley, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband David A. Jedziniak of Umatilla; her children, David J. Jedziniak (Susan) of York, Pennsylvania, April Jedziniak Barber (Dan) of Umatilla and Timothy Jedziniak (Shelly) of Umatilla; and her brother Edgar L. Cauley Jr. of Valrico, Florida. She is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Cathy requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
